Around 30 Ulster Bank branches in the Republic of Ireland are said to be closing as part of a business reconstruction.
The closure will be in rural parts of the country.
Ulster Bank currently have 110 branches in the Republic and 1.1 million customers.
Branches in the north, are believed to be closing some of their 65 branches also.
