“The government have cost me my life, I shouldn’t be dying”, Emma Mhic Mhathuna

Talk is cheap – when your back is against the wall, you’ll say anything.

Emma Mhic Mhathuna spoke candidly on tonight’s Late Late Show about how she has cervical cancer and that it’s a direct result of the government’s incompetence.

Emma said that she was one of the CervicalCheck women and that she shouldn’t be dying. She just hopes that her children are proud of her.

She wants the HSE to be dismanted and reasembled to represent the people and have some sort of accountability.

Emma said that she wants to cuddle her children every day and that she loves them very much.

She doesn’t want to “leave” her children – but tragically Emma is dying because of the government, their broken promises and the tragic and disgusting scandal that is CervicalCheck.

Emma said that her children love her and they need her.

It’s absolutely heartbreaking – God love her.
