There were emotional scenes recently as Simon Cowell’s charity single for the Grenfell tower block fire victims was released this week.
The emotional video which includes a whole host of stars including Rita Ora, Pete Townsend, Pixie Lott and 47 other musicians was released on Wednesday all in the aid of raising funds for the victims of the recent tragedy.
The new single entitled Bridge Over Troubled Water a cover of Simon and Garfunkel’s classic is earmarked to reach number one in both Ireland and the UK after an initial sales projection.
Cowell who organised the charity recording has said all proceeds will go to the London Community Foundation which provides adequate support to those affected by personal tragedies.
