It has been confirmed that an organised international meet-up of a group of men who support a ‘pro rape’ campaign have cancelled their disgraceful get together because of ‘safety and privacy’ concerns.
The Return Of Kings group who are anti-feminist and prey on women and their rights had originally selected Ireland as one of the 43 countries to host one of their sexist meetings. The group say they were intending to hold their get together in Naas Co Kildare this Saturday, but the scrapped their plans due to safety concerns.
The groups leader Daryush ‘Roosh’ Valizadeh announced the cancelation via his blog saying: “I can no longer guarantee the safety or privacy of the men who want to attend on 6 February, especially since most of the meetups can not be made private in time. While I can’t stop men who want to continue meeting in private groups, there will be no official Return Of Kings meetup. The listing page has been scrubbed of all locations. I apologise to all the supporters who are let down by my decision”.
The announcement has been widely welcomed by the Irish public today as have said the Irish people will not accept the groups sexist and disgusting views.
