Met Eireann is warning of potentially treacherous driving conditions on Thursday morning following freezing cold weather overnight.
According to the national forecaster, temperatures might fall as low as -5C tonight, leading to widespread hard frost and ice formation.
A low temperature warning will kick in at 10pm on Thursday and remain in place until 10am on Friday.
