Russia has charged four men which it says attacked a Moscow concert hall and killed at least 137 people.
Three of the men were marched blindfolded into a Moscow court while the fourth man was brought in in a wheelchair. All four men were charged with committing an act of terrorism.b
The Islamic State group claims it carried out Friday’s outrage at Crocus City Hall, and posted video footage of the attack.
Russian officials have claimed that there certainly was Ukrainian involvement.
The four were named are Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Fayzov.
