A young man aged 20 has sadly died after a crash in Co Louth involving an e-scooter and a car.
The crash happened on the Armagh Road in Dundalk at 11:20pm.
Two other young men were also badly injured. It’s understood two scooters and a car were at the scene when emergency personnel got there.
One man was announced dead at the scene.
One man was rushed to Our Lady Of Lourdes hospital in Drogheda. A second man was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward. The road remains closed for a technical examination.
