A 13-year-old girl died in hospital from injuries sustained in a car accident in April.
Aisling Kennedy, from Ballymacarbry, County Waterford, was just getting off a school bus near her home when she was hit by the rear-view mirror of a passing van on April 7.
She suffered serious injuries as a result and was initially treated at Waterford University Hospital before being transferred to Temple Street, Dublin, where she was placed in an induced coma.
However, she died in hospital this week.
