An Irish man has passed away today in Tanzania.

It is reported that the man, originally from Dublin, died in Zanzibar, Tanzania as a result of a fall.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is currently providing consular assistance to the family of the man and have been in touch with the Irish embassy in Dar es Salaam and the young man’s family.
