A 4-yr-old girl has passed away after an incident at a swimming pool, Staffordshire Police have confirmed, reports Breaking News.
Officers were called to Waterworld in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, at approximately 4:20pm on Monday following reports that a young girl was in a critical condition.
She received emergency treatment at the scene before being transported to hospital, where she later died, reports Breaking News.
According to police, her next of kin have been notified and are receiving support from specially trained officers.
