A six-year-old Irish boy is in a critical condition in hospital, after being found unconscious inside a swimming pool in Spain.
The incident happened in the Aguamarina villas complex in Cabo Roig, near Alicante, early this morning.
The boy is understood to be on holidays with his family, who are believed may be from the Cork area.
