The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has confirmed that 60 new jobs will be created in Dublin over the next three years.

Mr Kenny made the announcement at the official opening of Horizon Pharma’s new global HQ. It is understood that the new jobs will be created in areas such as Research and Development and Finance.

Meanwhile the Chairman of Horizon Pharma, Timothy Walbert also made a statement regarding the announcement saying: “It’s no accident that many companies in this sector have chosen Ireland as their place of business and especially for Horizon Pharma. “You have a long, enviable reputation as a mature, sophisticated economy with talented people that supply a supportive, political, legal and cultural environment for businesses such as ours.”
