A Texan woman has been charged with assault after she apparently attacked her husband when he failed to answer her question.
According to FOX News, the Laredo Morning Times reports that the woman in question Lizbeth Guadalupe Ramirez, 20, was arrested after she violently attacked her husband at a cinema.
It is understood the woman attacked her husband after he didn’t respond when she asked him if he thought she was pretty.
The Laredo Morning Times, say police were called into sort out the domestic disturbance when the woman continued to attack the man at their home.
It is believed that Mrs Ramirez was charged with two counts of two counts of family violence assault, after she attacked a relative who tried to intervene and stop the fight.
Police say Mrs Ramirez claimed that her husband tried to strangle her before her arrest, however Mr Ramirez told them that she attacked him after he failed to answer her question.
Mr Ramirez apparently also told police the incident started when he failed to respond to his wife, claiming that he didn’t hear her.
