Two men, aged 55 and 65, were arrested at Rialto Cottages this morning after an incident involving a water meter installation van.
The vehicle was blocked while staff remained inside. A number of protesters, many of them wearing masks, were present at the event.
The two men arrested have now been released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
This is just the latest in a long string of water meter-related incidents.
Four people remain on hunger strike in jail this evening after being incarcerated for breaching a court injunction related to interfering with water meters.
Several demonstrations took place over the weekend calling for their immediate release.
