A man tragically lost his life after being struck by a car in east Belfast last night.
Police are seeking information about the incident that occurred on the Upper Newtownards Road around 10:40 p.m. involving a Mercedes Vito.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Our officers attended alongside our colleagues from partner emergency services.
“Sadly the pedestrian was pronounced deceased at hospital a short time later.”
