Ireland’s flagship carrier has just launched a brand new website packed with new features designed for an enhanced experience.
Among these features, the Price Lock system stands out. This new facility allows the customer to “freeze” any quoted short haul fare for 24 hours by paying just €5. Transatlantic flights can be reserved by paying a deposit.
Other features include a “Get the best price” facility, which enables the customer to view 30 days’ worth of fares in one go. Also, a new “Explore” tool will allow users to customise their next trip.
And from now on, online check-in can be done for all flights up to 30 days in advance.
The new website can be previewed at new.aerlingus.com. Once testing is done, it will replace the current site aerlingus.com.
