African Irish teenagers pull knives on young boys demanding they hand over their phones




A gardai investigation is underway following a vicious incident that occurred during the week in Laytown, Co Meath.

It’s understood that two African Irish teenagers tackled a couple of younger boys in the Corballis area of the town around 7:30pm.

Two young boys were walking close to Ben Head where they saw two tall teens coming towards them. One of the thugs pulled a knife out and demanded that they hand over their phones.

It’s understood that a fight started where thankfully the youngsters managed to get away from the thugs without handing over their mobiles.

Gardai say that two teenagers described as being black males aged around 15 with Irish accents are being sought in relation to the attack. They were wearing black jackets, with one wearing black tracksuit bottoms and the other wearing grey tracksuit bottoms.
