An African 38 year old man from the Sudan has stabbed a French Immigration Officer to death on learning his asylum application was rejected, reports the DailyMail.
The attacker had been in jail twice in 2017 for armed assault and was being held in the city of Pau in the South West of the country.
The migrant was attending at the Welcome Centre in the French city of Pau when the deadly attack took place.
The Immigration officer was 48 years old and a father of one. He was found in his office with multiple stab wounds to his Chest and died from the wounds a while later.
