Nickelodeon have announced a new TV channel, ‘The Splat’ which will be dedicated to all your favourite 90’s TV shows. After years of teasers and suspicion the network was finally announced, answering the prayers of many adults around the world.
On Saturday a channel for the network launched on YouTube featuring clips from 90’s favourites such as “The Rugrats”, “Rocko’s Modern Life,” “CatDog” and “Ren & Stimpy”. A website also launched which directs visitors to their various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
News of The Splat also broke during Brooklyn’s 90’s Fest, which featured throwback performances from superstars like Smash Mouth.
It has not yet been announced when the TV channel will go on air.
