A tourist taking a forbidden route to Mount Vesuvius has been injured falling into the crater after dropping his phone to take a selfie.
The 23-year-old climbed into the crater of the active volcano in Italy trying to retrieve his phone, then fell several meters after losing his balance.
Mountain guides had to rappel into the crater to pull it out, and a mountain rescue helicopter was even called in.
He was treated for minor injuries, including cuts and bruises to his arms and back, but refused to be taken to hospital, according to La Repubblica.
