An Post have revealed that they are to donate 2,000 SIM cards and €100,000 in data to the homeless.
In a move which will be run through An Post Mobile, An Post say they are to donate 2,000 SIM cards to five homeless charities including the Dublin Simon Community, Focus Ireland, Peter McVerry Trust, St Vincent De Paul and Merchants Quay Ireland.
The company who are calling on the public to donate through its Shared Network initiative, say they will initially provide 18,000GB and will donate 1GB of data for every customer who joins until 2020.
An Post also say they will also match any data donations which are provided by the public.
