According to the Sunday Times there is mixed news for the current collation’s support in the latest opinion polls.
The latest poll will have many in the Labour party worried as their support has dropped significantly, the news will not be greatly received by Joan Burton and her fellow TD’s as their three main rivals have made significant gains.
However the poll conducted over the last fortnight has been more favourable to Labour’s current partners in Government Fine Gael who have gained two points putting them up to 26%, whilst Gerry Adams Sinn Féin party have also gained two points which puts them ahead of Michael Martin’s Fianna Fáil on 21%, as Fianna Fáil currently remain on 20%.
The news makes bad reading for Ms Burton and the Labour Party as they have not made any gains instead dropping to 7%.
