The payments issue reported by some Bank of Ireland customers has been “identified”, according to a statement made by bank officials.
Some customers said this morning that payments due today had not reached their accounts. At the time, the bank said it was working on resolving the problem, but was unaware of how many customers were affected.
Again according to the bank, a further update is due shortly.
