A new era of tasty bakery treats dawns today, heralded by the arrival of the mighty Croiffle, a hybrid of two delicious breakfast staples.
The Croiffle, brought to you courtesy of Belgian chocolatiers Godiva, combines a croissant and a waffle to form a delicious new sweet treat that’s bound to set pastry lovers’ taste buds on fire.
Godiva’s product designers have ensured that all pastry addicts are catered for, as you can fill your buttery croissant with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, three cheese, ham and cheese, bacon egg and gouda, or sausage egg and gruyere. The whole thing is then placed on a waffle iron for the finishing waffly touch.
Only downside is that, for now anyway, you can only get Croiffles at Godiva’s outlet in Penn Station in New York.
