Protesters in London brought the George Floyd protests to the UK capital in a meaningful way over the weekend.
Disobeying the coronavirus guidelines, crowds gathered in Trafalgar Square and marched to the US Embassy, where a long line of police surrounded the building awaited them.
They also held protests in WhiteHall where various scuffles broke out over the Saturday afternoon, including a policewoman being thrown from her horse.
At one stage, Black Lives Matter protestors chased the police down the street at WhiteHall on Sunday and shouted at the time “Run, Piggy, Run!”.
Organisers saying that they have more protests planned this week.
