A fire has destroyed two properties at Dun Na hInse in Ennis this morning.
Firefighters received multiple emergency calls and were at the scene within minutes. The two houses were reportedly well ablaze by the time they arrived, and the firefighters’ actions saved a third property from destruction.
None of the properties were occupied at the time, and no injuries were reported.
The area remains sealed while Gardai investigate the cause of the fire.
