Boots opens safe space for domestic abuse victims




Boots Ireland have confirmed that they have opened a safe space area for women who are the victims of domestic abuse.

In an announcement Boots Ireland say the safe space consultation room will be available at all if their Irish stores.

Boots say the safe space initiative has been setup in partnership with Safe Ireland who have revealed that there has been a rise in cases since the Covid-19 outbreak began.

It is understood that women who are victims of abuse can access 39 frontline specialist domestic abuse services across the country.
