A brave Lynsey Bennett has posted a message of thanks to her followers as she heads off to Mexico for treatment.
Ms Bennett, 32, who settled her case against the HSE over her the reading of her smear tests posted a message of thanks as she heads to Mexico for immunotherapy treatment.
In a post on Twitter, Ms Bennett said: “Thank you to everyone who has made this possible, I’m so grateful. Giving me a chance at life, lots of love.”
The update comes after she spoke outside the High Court last week saying she would now “focus on my own fight to stay alive as long as I can”.
