The Government intends on having construction sites reopened on March 5th it has been revealed.
Speaking to RTE, the Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien said that we are working towards a reopening at the beginning of March.
O’Brien told the programme that it is hoped that sites can be reopened safely and it has already been proven that the sector operates safely during previous restrictions.
He added currently we are missing out on the delivery of 700 to 800 homes a day and it is our ambition to get the sector open as quickly as possible.
