29-yr-old Aaron Brady has been found guilty of the capital murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe who was shot dead outside Lordship Credit Union in Co Louth in 2013.
Mr Brady, from New Road, Crossmaglen, Co Armagh, was also found guilty of a robbery at the credit union by a unanimous verdict yesterday evening.
RTE reports that the jury reached a majority verdict of 11 to 1 in favour of being found guilty after around 20 hours of deliberations.
