British medical authorities have confirmed that 14 more people have died from coronavirus-related causes in the UK, bringing the official death toll to 35.
The number of infections now stands at 1,372 across the British Isles.
People aged over 70 will soon be asked to self-isolate for the foreseeable future in an effort to prevent further spread and possible deaths.
