In breaking news this evening, the HSE has announced that another 294 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been detected in the Republic of Ireland.
It brings the total in the Republic of Ireland to 2,415.
Tragically however 14 more patients with covid-19 have died in the last 24 hours.
