A third person has just died from coronavirus at Manchester General Hospital, NHS England has confirmed.
It’s understood that the man was aged in his 60s and had recently returned from Italy.
He was rushed to an isolation unit in hospital but sadly died from the infection.
The total number of those infected in the UK now stands at 273 on Sunday, up from 209 on Saturday.
