The Department of Health have confirmed that 9 people have died from coronavirus today and 7 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 25,826 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,763 deaths.
