Footage on social media appears to show a silver saloon car with its edge over the kerb on a footpath with a pedestrian lying injured.
Gardai have confirmed that both a driver and a pedestrian have both been injured and rushed to hospital after an incident around 10pm on Dublin’s Gardiner St.
No further details have been provided at this time other than emergency services remain at the scene for a technical examination to be carried out.
