People on the M1 motorway are advised to avoid the first exit to Dundalk, Co Louth going northbound as a bad car crash as occured at the main crossroads near the Crowne Plaza.
The junction is adjacent to Xerox and intersects the Dublin Road with the bypass.
It’s understood that a number of vehicles collided in the centre of the crossroads with emergency services at the scene and requesting motorists avoid the area at all costs.
