Authorities in the US have confirmed that there has been a number of causlities following a shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
According to reports, police have detained the gunman following a standoff.
It is believed that the man stormed the Tree of Life synagogue in Squirrel Hill as crowds gathered for morning service.
Police say there has been multiple causlities inside the synagogue and at least three police officers have been shot during the shooting.
