Northern Ireland’s health department has announced another 828 cases of covid in the past 24 hours.
There have been 4,417 new cases detected in the north over the past week.
The total number of cases confirmed in Northern Ireland is now 16,187.
Another death was reported also, taking the death toll to 586.
