Students have been sent home from a primary school in West Dublin after a confirmed case of covid-19 was detected.
It’s understood that parents of the children were contacted yesterday afternoon and informed that they were close contacts of the child who has covid-19.
It’s understood that the decision to inform parents was made in conjunction with the HSE. All students who were not contacted by the HSE are to continue to go to school.
