In what can only be described as absolutely tragic news, it’s been revealed that a 23-yr-old person in Ireland has died from covoravirus.
A 23-year-old has become the youngest person to die following Covid-19 infection in Ireland.
Dr Tony Holohan confirmed the news during this evening’s briefing by saying that the age of deaths range from 23 to 105.
It is understood that the patient was one of the 38 people who passed away from complications arising from coronavirus today.
A total of 12,547 people have now tested positive for the disease in Ireland.
