There’s reports emerging from the city of Hull in the UK where it’s being reported that police have been forced to shoot dead an axe-wielding man running down a busy thoroughfare at 10:55am this morning.
It is not yet known the man’s motives but social media users are claiming there’s pandemonium near the area of Charles St in Freetown way.
