Brief summer coming to an end, as weather expected to become unsettled again this week

We have had a good few days of much-needed sun and warmth, with temperatures hitting the low 20s and beyond pretty much everywhere.

And while tomorrow, Monday, the trend of glorious sunshine will continue, things will take a turn for the worse from Tuesday onwards.

Monday itself will still be very mild, but cloud cover will begin building up during the day. Some light rain is possible on Tuesday, though it will remain relatively warm at 14-15C

Wednesday and Thursday will be mild and windy, with scattered outbreaks of rain, possibly heavy at times.

Friday is likely to be also mild and blustery, with a mix of rain and sunshine. This same pattern is expected to continue into the weekend.

So make the best of the sun while it lasts!
