The British Government has downgraded the country’s terrorist threat level from ‘Severe’ to ‘Substantial.’
The Home Secretary justified the move by saying that there has been a ‘significant’ reduction in the number of attacks across Europe.
Nevertheless, British authorities have stressed that an attack is ‘likely.’
