Popstar Britney Spears has posted on Twitter about how she feels her younger sister is selling her new book “at my expense”.

According to RTE, Jamie Lynn Spears gave an interview to “Good Morning America” and claimed that she “took steps to help” bring her sister’s conservatorship to an end.

The conservatorship over Britney Spears was in place for 14 years and became more and more controversial before finally bring brought to an end in November.

Jamie Lynn Spears has written about her life in her memoir “Things I Should Have Said”, describing herself in the interview as “my sister’s biggest supporter”.

But Britney Spears took to Twitter, referring to the interview and her sister to say:

“She was never around me much 15 years ago at that time…so why are we even talking about that unless she wants to sell a book at my expense.  I wrote a lot of my songs and my sister was the baby.

She never had to work for anything. Everything was always given to her.”
