Brittany Ferries forced to cancel a number of sailings between Ireland and France over the next few weeks

Brittany Ferries has been forced to cancel a number of scheduled sailings between Ireland and France over the next few weeks, disrupting the travel plans of up to five thousand people.

It is understood that one of the company’s vessels, the Pont-Aven, has not yet been released from dry dock, where it’s undergoing repairs. It is now expected to resume service no earlier than June 14.

Passengers scheduled to travel with Brittany Ferries over the next few weekends are advised to visit the company’s website or contact its customer support line for clarification.
