The last segment on last night’s Late Late Show was quite startling.
It showed three people, Operation Transformation Leader Paul Murphy, Siobhán Murray, author of ‘The Burnout Solution” and dairy farmer Harold Kingston.
All three spoke about how somehow things got too much and how they experienced their own version of “Burn Out”, but perhaps Harold Kingston’s was the most in-you-face you’re likely to see.
