An Bord Pleanála have granted permission for a Co-living development to be built in West Dublin.
The planning permission comes after the property developer Batra Capital applied to build a 189 room complex on the site of Brady’s pub in Castleknock.
It is understood that the development will house approximately 210 people.
An Bord Pleanála granted permission despite previous objections to the project which questioned the complex location.
It is believed that An Bord Pleanála requested that plans be revised in order for each room to have a fully functional kitchen with a working hob.
