Katie Taylor is set to recieve a warm welcome as she arrives home following her historic victory in Saturday night.
Taylor who became Ireland’s first ever undisputed champion after beating Delfine Persoon in Madison Square Garden, is expected to receive massive homecoming as hundreds of fans are expected greet her when she arrives in Dublin Airport later this morning.
Taylor who added the WBC crown to her IBF, WBO and WBA haul is expected to be also greeted by the Minister for Sport Shane Ross.
In what will be an eventful day, Taylor is expected to meet the sport’s minister upon her arrival at Terminal 2 in Dublin Airport.
Taylor is expected to arrive in Dublin at approximately 10am.
