Today’s march has seen thousands of Dunnes staff, trade union representatives, and supporters descend on the streets of Dublin and head towards Dunnes HQ to protest against poor employment conditions at the company.
Protesters gathered at Merrion Sq. and made their way across Stephen’s Green, then down Aungier St., where a stage had been set up outside Dunnes HQ.
The marched passed off peacefully.
As has become the norm during the ongoing row, Dunnes have refused to comment on today’s protest.
