The new jobs will be created at a new Research and Development centre, bringing the number of staff working for Huawei in Ireland to 120.
The company will officially open the new facility in the New Year, and recruitment will begin shortly afterwards.
The project is supported by the Department of Jobs through IDA Ireland.
